Ep 9. Hive

In season 1 episode 9 of Godzilla: The Series, titled "Hive," Dr. Mendel Craven and Monique Dupre travel to Florida to investigate a potential monster sighting. Upon arrival, they discover that a swarm of giant mutated dragonflies, dubbed Meganulon, are attacking the area.

Meanwhile, Randy Hernandez and Elsie Chapman track down the source of the mutation and come across a mysterious egg sac. As they investigate further, they are captured by a sentient creature known as the Queen Beast, who controls the Meganulon through telepathy.

As the team reunites, they devise a plan to stop the Queen Beast and her swarm before they can cause further destruction. Using a sonic pulse device, they are able to disorient the Meganulon and ultimately defeat the Queen Beast, saving the city from destruction.

However, as they depart, Dr. Craven and Monique are left to ponder the possibility of there being more mysterious monsters out there waiting to be discovered and dealt with.
