In this episode, Cory and his classmates are preparing for Show and Tell day. They are all excited to share their favorite toys or things with their classmates. Cory's best friend Freddie has already decided to bring his favorite race car for Show and Tell. Meanwhile, Cory is still confused about what to bring. He wants to bring something special, something that no one else has ever seen before.
Cory's mother suggests that he should bring his Grandpa's old camera for Show and Tell. She tells him stories about how Grandpa used to take pictures using that camera when he was young. This makes Cory curious, and he decides to take the camera with him to school.
At school, all the kids have brought interesting things to Show and Tell. But when it's Cory's turn, he gets nervous. He wonders if anyone will find his Grandpa's camera interesting. But as soon as he starts showing the camera, all the kids get excited. They ask him many questions about the camera, how it works, and how Grandpa used to take pictures with it. Cory feels proud and happy that he brought something that everyone enjoyed learning about.
But suddenly, something unexpected happens. The camera slips from Cory's hand and falls on the ground. The camera breaks, and Cory gets upset. He feels bad that he has broken his Grandpa's old camera. His friends try to console him, but he doesn't want to talk to anyone.
Eventually, Cory's teacher Miss Boaden comes to him and talks to him about how things and people we love can get broken but it's not the end of the world. She tells him that memories and love last forever. Cory thinks about what Miss Boaden said and realizes that it's true. He remembers all the lovely moments he spent with Grandpa, and suddenly, he feels happy.
At the end of the day, Cory's friends help him to fix the camera. Although it doesn't work well, it becomes a new toy for them to play with. They all enjoy playing with Grandpa's old camera, and Cory feels happy that his friends liked it too.
