Ep 4. Old Loves

Hannah reunites with an ex-boyfriend while visiting her hometown. Upon arrival in her hometown, Hannah is ready for a weekend of relaxation and bonding with her mother. However, she quickly discovers that she has been set up on a blind date with her high school ex-boyfriend, Fran. Although Hannah initially refuses to go on the date, she eventually agrees to meet up with Fran and discovers that he has not changed in the slightest since high school.

Meanwhile, Marnie is dealing with the aftermath of her abrupt breakup with Desi. She is struggling to find her footing as a single woman and finds herself relying on Ray for support. Despite the fact that Marnie and Ray have never had a particularly close relationship, they find comfort in each other's company and begin to open up to one another.

Shoshanna, on the other hand, is dealing with her own relationship woes. However, her plan for self-discovery takes a wild turn when she meets a mysterious stranger who challenges her in ways she never thought possible.
