To Whom It May Concern is the twelfth episode of Gilmore Girls season 7, which originally aired on January 30, 2007. The episode is directed by Michael Zinberg and written by Rebecca Rand Kirshner.
In this episode, Rory and Logan confront the challenges of a long-distance relationship. Rory, still living in Stars Hollow, has been in a long-distance relationship with Logan since he moved to London for work. They maintain their relationship through frequent phone calls and occasional visits, but the distance takes its toll on their relationship. When Rory visits Logan in London, she realizes that his lavish lifestyle may not be what she wants in a partner, causing further tension between the couple.
Meanwhile, Lorelai is facing her own relationship issues as she struggles with the aftermath of her failed engagement to Luke. She attempts to move on with her life, but her unresolved feelings for Luke continue to haunt her. When she goes on a date with a new man, it only serves to highlight her feelings for Luke.
At the same time, Emily and Richard are dealing with their own marital problems. Emily is still reeling from Richard's heart attack and is confrontational and emotional with her husband. Richard, in turn, is dealing with his own mortality and the stress of running his company.
Throughout the episode, all of the characters face their own challenges and doubts about their relationships. However, they also show resilience and determination to work through their issues and find happiness. The episode is a poignant reflection on the complexities of love and the struggles that come with it.
