Ep 15. A Vineyard Valentine

Lorelai and Luke are in the midst of a fight, and both are wondering whether they should break up. Meanwhile, Rory has a job interview with the New York Times, but the piece she is assigned to write is easily accomplished. After talking with Logan, she realizes she might want to be a journalist as it would allow her to travel and see the world. Richard has a heart attack, and as the family rallies around him, Emily puts her foot down about Lorelai visiting him in the hospital, saying she's given enough over the years. Christopher makes an unexpected appearance at the hospital. Meanwhile, Paris has a new boyfriend, and after a bizarre set of circumstances, she sees Doyle in a new light. Sookie has a panic attack and is convinced she's having a heart attack.
