In season 2 episode 1 of Giada's Weekend Getaways, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis takes us to one of the most vibrant cities in North America - New Orleans. Known for its rich culture, history, and cuisine, New Orleans is a perfect destination for foodies and adventure seekers alike.

Lastly, Giada visits the famous Garden District, known for its antebellum mansions and lush gardens. She visits the famous Lafayette Cemetery and learns about the unique above-ground tombs and funerary customs in New Orleans.
