Ep 7. Dancing With The Dead

In season 13 episode 7 of Ghost Hunters, the team heads to a historic ballroom in a small town in Wisconsin rumored to be haunted by the spirits of former partygoers. The ballroom has been in operation since the early 1900s and has hosted countless weddings, dances, and social events throughout its long history.

Upon arrival, the team meets with the current owner of the ballroom, who shares her own personal experiences with the paranormal. She explains that she has heard unexplainable footsteps, doors opening and closing by themselves, and has even seen apparitions in the ballroom.

Later in the night, while investigating the backstage area, the team encounters a strange, shadowy figure that seems to dart in and out of sight. Just as they begin to pursue it, the figure disappears.

The team also uses a new piece of equipment that detects changes in temperature and electromagnetic fields, and they get some interesting readings in a few different areas of the ballroom. They also use a thermal imaging camera to try to capture any heat signatures that might be indicative of a paranormal presence.

As the investigation continues into the early hours of the morning, the team begins to notice a strange energy in the ballroom that seems to be building. Suddenly, the ballroom erupts in activity. Doors slam shut, objects are thrown, and the team is forced to evacuate the building as the activity becomes too intense.

After reviewing their findings, the team is convinced that the ballroom is indeed haunted by multiple spirits, likely former partygoers who are still enjoying the afterlife in the only way they knew how. They encourage the owner to continue honoring the history of the ballroom and the spirits that reside there, and to possibly even hold more events in hopes of engaging with the entities and learning more about their stories.
