In Ghost Adventures season 23 episode 2, the team explores the infamous Franklin Castle in Cleveland, Ohio. The Victorian-style mansion was built in the late 1800s by wealthy banker Hannes Tiedemann, who experienced numerous tragedies within his family before his own death in the home.
Throughout the episode, the team investigates claims of paranormal activity in the castle, including sightings of ghostly apparitions, strange noises, and even possessions of those who have visited the home. They speak with a number of individuals who have had experiences in the castle, including a local historian and a woman who claims to have been attacked by a spirit in one of the rooms.
The team uses a variety of equipment to gather evidence of any paranormal activity, including thermal cameras, EMF meters, and spirit boxes. They conduct a seance in one of the rooms where previous visitors have reported feeling a strong presence, and attempt to communicate with any spirits that may be present.
As the investigation continues, the team finds themselves confronted with a number of eerie occurrences, including unexplained noises and movements throughout the castle. At one point, a member of the team even feels as if something has touched him, sparking fear and unease among the group.
Despite the team's best efforts, they are unable to definitively prove or disprove the existence of ghosts in the castle, leaving the mystery of the Franklin Castle unsolved. However, the eerie and unsettling experiences they encounter throughout the investigation leave a lasting impression on both the team and the viewer, providing a chilling glimpse into the world of paranormal activity.
