Aftershocks: Exorcist House / Ohio State Reformatory is the seventh episode of the thirteenth season of the popular paranormal investigation show, Ghost Adventures. In this episode, the team revisits two iconic locations from previous seasons – The Exorcist House in St. Louis and the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield.

The Exorcist House is infamous for being the site of one of the most terrifying cases of demonic possession in history. In a previous episode, the Ghost Adventures team investigated the house and captured some of the most compelling evidence of paranormal activity they had ever encountered. In this episode, the team returns to the house to see if they can uncover even more evidence, and to talk to the current owner about the ongoing paranormal activity they've been experiencing.

At the Ohio State Reformatory, the team had previously investigated the prison and captured some of the most dramatic footage ever recorded on the show. In this episode, the team reunites with some of the former inmates and wardens who tell their own stories of experiencing the prison's notorious paranormal activity. The team also embarks on a never-before-attempted experiment to determine whether the spirits of the prison's former inmates are still trapped within its walls.

Throughout the episode, the team uses their advanced paranormal investigation equipment to try to capture evidence of the supernatural. They utilize EVP (electronic voice phenomenon) recorders to capture ghostly voices, thermal imaging cameras to detect cold spots and other anomalies, and EMF (electromagnetic field) meters to detect changes in the environment that could indicate paranormal activity. They also employ their own senses, relying on their intuition and physical reactions to detect the presence of spirits.
