The eleventh season of Ghost Adventures features some thrilling investigations of various paranormal locations across the United States, including haunted hotels, prisons, homes, and more. In episode twelve, the team visits the Lava Hot Springs Inn in Idaho, where many guests have reported strange and spooky experiences over the years.
The episode starts with the Ghost Adventures crew arriving at the Lava Hot Springs Inn, a small, quaint hotel that was built in the early 1900s and has since been a popular destination for tourists visiting the nearby hot springs. As they set up their equipment and start their investigation, they learn about the inn's history and the various paranormal events that have occurred there.
One of the most interesting things about the Lava Hot Springs Inn is that it was originally built as a sanitarium, and during its heyday in the 1920s and 1930s, it was known for its healing waters and mineral baths. However, as medical science and treatments evolved, the inn fell out of favor and eventually closed down.
Despite its idyllic location and charming appearance, many visitors have reported feeling uneasy or sensing a presence in the hotel. Some guests have reported seeing the ghostly apparition of a woman in a long, white dress, while others have heard strange voices and footsteps in the halls.
As the night progresses, the Ghost Adventures crew splits up to investigate different areas of the inn. Aaron and Billy head to the basement, which was once used as a bomb shelter during World War II, and immediately start feeling uneasy. They hear strange noises and pick up some bizarre EVPs (electronic voice phenomena) on their audio recorder.
Meanwhile, Zak and Jay explore the upper floors of the hotel, where many guests have reported seeing the ghostly apparition of the woman in white. They set up several cameras and begin conducting a EVP session, asking questions to any spirits that may be present. At one point, they hear a loud knock on the wall, which startles both of them.
Later on, the crew reunites in one of the upstairs rooms, where they set up a device that detects changes in electromagnetic fields, which is thought to be a sign of paranormal activity. As they sit in the dark, waiting for something to happen, they hear a faint whispering sound and pick up some readings on their device.
In the end, the Ghost Adventures team concludes their investigation of the Lava Hot Springs Inn with mixed results. While they did experience some strange occurrences and collected some interesting evidence, they didn't capture anything definitive on camera or have any dramatic encounters with spirits. However, the history and atmosphere of the inn itself make it an intriguing location for any paranormal enthusiast, and the crew's investigation provides some fascinating insight into the world of ghost-hunting.
