Ep 8. When Good Fellows Get Together

Max and 99 are sent to investigate a KAOS agent known as the Owl, who is believed to be in control of Lucky Cabot, a well-respected businessman and friend of the Chief. While Max and 99 try to gather evidence on Cabot, they unknowingly stumble upon a KAOS plot to assassinate the United States ambassador to Kahura. As they race to stop the assassination, Max and 99 must also uncover the true identity of the Owl and bring him to justice. Meanwhile, Hymie the robot is dealing with his own dilemma as he falls in love with a toaster.
