Ep 27. Pussycats Galore

Maxwell Smart works for the Control agency as a secret agent. He is known as Agent 86 and is always accompanied by his partner Agent 99. Together, they solve problems and save the world from evil masterminds. In season 2 episode 27, entitled "Pussycats Galore," Smart and 99 are tasked with infiltrating a feline-themed criminal organization known as Pussycat Galore.

At the same time, Agent 99 is investigating the organization and discovers that they have a secret underground headquarters. She infiltrates the base and learns that Pussycat Galore has been stealing valuable objects to use in a giant laser cannon. With the help of Control, Agent 99 is able to destroy the laser cannon, but she is captured by Madame Kitty's henchmen.

Smart, unaware of Agent 99's capture, successfully steals the diamond for Madame Kitty but is finally exposed as a spy when he accidentally activates a hidden alarm. Madame Kitty orders Smart to be executed, but Agent 99 arrives just in time to save him. Together, they defeat the henchmen and bring down Pussycat Galore, saving the world once again.

Overall, "Pussycats Galore" is a thrilling episode of Get Smart that showcases the series' blend of spy-themed action and slapstick comedy. Smart and Agent 99 make a great team, and their undercover work is both hilarious and suspenseful.
