Max and 99 are on a mission to catch a KAOS agent named The Creeper, who has stolen a device that can remotely activate missile launches. To catch The Creeper, Max goes undercover as a KAOS agent and befriends a low-level KAOS agent named Sid who knows The Creeper. While Max tries to get information from Sid, 99 poses as a KAOS secretary and tries to get information from The Creeper's boss, Mr. Fitzmaurice.
Meanwhile, The Creeper is planning to use the missile device to launch a missile at a building where world leaders are meeting. Max and 99 must race against time to stop The Creeper and his cohorts before it's too late. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles and surprises, including a surprise appearance from a famous Hollywood director who is involved in the mission.
As Max and 99 work to stop The Creeper, they learn more about the inner workings of KAOS and the high stakes of their mission. With their trust in each other and their skills honed from previous missions, they work together to solve the case and save the day.
