Max and 99 investigate a series of attacks on shipments destined for Beirut. The Chief believes that KAOS is behind the attacks and assigns Max to go undercover as a truck driver to get to the bottom of the matter. Max teams up with a fellow truck driver, but things don't go as planned when they are ambushed along the way. They manage to escape, but their truck is destroyed, and they are forced to hitch a ride with a group of tourists.
Max and his partner soon find themselves embroiled in a dangerous web of international espionage as they try to stay one step ahead of the KAOS agents who are hot on their trail. With the help of 99, who is monitoring their progress from the safety of the Control Center, Max and his partner manage to evade their pursuers and uncover the truth behind the attacks on the shipments.
As Max and his partner approach Beirut, they are stopped by KAOS agents who demand they turn over their cargo. Max manages to outsmart his captors and make contact with 99, who arranges for the delivery to be made safely. But just as Max and his partner think they are in the clear, they are confronted by a group of heavily armed enemy agents who are determined to stop them at any cost.
In a thrilling and action-packed finale, Max and his partner engage in a fierce firefight with the KAOS agents, using all of their wits and resources to stay alive. Meanwhile, 99 and the Chief work frantically behind the scenes to provide support and assistance, hoping against hope that Max and his partner will make it out alive.
Despite the odds against them, Max and his partner emerge victorious, having saved the day and delivered the cargo safely to its final destination. As they celebrate their success, Max and 99 share a moment of quiet reflection, knowing that their work is never truly done as long as the threat of KAOS looms large on the horizon.
