Ep 23. I'm Only Human

Maxwell Smart, Agent 86 for CONTROL, and his partner Agent 99 are tasked with protecting a famous geneticist who has discovered a serum that can turn a person into a perfect human being without any flaws. However, KAOS agents are also after the geneticist and the serum, and their chief, Siegfried, plans to use the serum to create perfect KAOS agents to replace their imperfect ones.

Max and 99 must navigate through a series of obstacles to protect the geneticist and the serum, including a fake hospital, a disguised KAOS agent posing as a woman, and a high-speed boat chase. Along the way, Max accidentally injects himself with the serum and becomes a "perfect" human, which leads to comedic situations as he struggles to maintain his newfound perfection.

Meanwhile, Siegfried's plans are foiled when one of the KAOS agents injected with the serum becomes too perfect and turns against him. With the help of the geneticist, Max and 99 are able to apprehend the KAOS agents and prevent the serum from falling into the wrong hands.

In the end, Max returns to his normal self, but the geneticist reveals that the serum was never perfected and only had temporary effects. However, Max and 99 are praised for their heroism in stopping KAOS once again.
