In the episode A Job for Jimbo of Game Shakers, the gang set out to help their friend and former enemy Jimbo, who is in desperate need of a job after being fired from his last one. The team realizes that Jimbo has a unique talent for creating and fixing gadgets, and they decide to create a job for him as the Game Shakers' "gadget guru."
As they work on creating a job description for Jimbo, the Game Shakers realize that they need to come up with a new game idea. They brainstorm several different ideas, but none of them seem to stick. Meanwhile, Hudson becomes obsessed with finding the perfect catchphrase for Jimbo's new job, and Babe struggles to come up with a way to make the job sound exciting and interesting.
Eventually, they come up with an idea for a game called "Punchy Face," which involves players punching cartoon-like characters in the face. However, they soon realize that the game is too violent and not appropriate for children. Instead, they decide to create a game called "Sky Whale," which involves players controlling a flying whale that must collect donuts and avoid obstacles.
As they work on developing the game, they also start to train Jimbo for his new job. They quickly realize that he has a lot of potential as a gadget guru, but he lacks confidence and doesn't believe in himself. The Game Shakers work to boost his confidence and show him that he has a valuable skill set.
Meanwhile, Double G starts to worry that Jimbo's job will take away from his own spotlight. He decides to sabotage the game's development by creating his own game, which he believes will steal the attention away from Sky Whale. However, when the Game Shakers confront him about his actions, Double G realizes that he was wrong and decides to help them create the best game possible.
In the end, the Game Shakers are able to develop an amazing game and Jimbo becomes a successful gadget guru. They even come up with a catchy catchphrase for his job: "Jimbo, the gadget man! Fixing stuff whenever he can!" The episode ends on a high note as the Game Shakers celebrate their success and Jimbo feels grateful for his new job.
