One of the things Claude noticed about his new home was how everyone loved to decorate things. Everyone is getting ready for Claude's friend Lucy's birthday party. Gran decorates a gorgeous cake. Dad makes a card from ribbons and bows, and Mum enlists the help of Claude and Boris to wrap Lucy's present. Everyone is ready to go - Gran's even bringing her special party hat. But then disaster strikes when Dad accidentally drives over Gran's special hat! Luckily Claude has a "thinky moment" and with the help of some coloured paper, ribbons and bows, he makes Gran the most beautiful new party hat.
