DJ and Stephanie are all set for the Twinstock Festival, a major musical event held annually in Twin Town, but Danny has some concerns about their safety traveling alone and assigns Joey and Jesse to chaperone. As the day begins, Jesse is not too happy about the whole thing, with his band's gig later in the day conflicting with the schedule. Meanwhile, Joey has been practicing his ventriloquist routine with his dummy, Mr. Woodchuck, for weeks and decides to bring him along with them.
At the festival, DJ and Stephanie meet up with some friends, but trouble starts when Stephanie's bike gets stolen. With no transportation to get back home, Stephanie enlists the help of some Twins to find her bike, while Joey and Jesse scour the festival grounds for any sign of it. Meanwhile, Mr. Woodchuck gets his own show at the festival and becomes a hit with the kids, but Joey's concentration is divided between performing and finding Stephanie's bike.
As the day goes on, tensions rise as DJ and Stephanie worry about getting home, and Jesse's band gets ready to perform. Meanwhile, Joey becomes increasingly worried about Mr. Woodchuck's safety, as he realizes that his dummy has gone missing. With only an hour left before Jesse's band takes the stage, Joey is left to search frantically for Mr. Woodchuck, while Jesse tries to calm him down and get him to focus on the show.
In the end, all is resolved. Stephanie's bike is found, Jesse's band rocks the stage, and Mr. Woodchuck makes a dramatic reappearance. The gang heads back to Full House with some new souvenirs, and an important lesson learned about keeping track of their belongings.
