Ep 17. 13 Candles

It's Stephanie's 13th birthday and the Tanner family come together to celebrate. As the family gets ready for the party, Stephanie begins to feel self-conscious about her age and worries about growing up too quickly. Her older sister DJ tries to reassure her that being a teenager is fun and exciting but Stephanie remains skeptical.

Meanwhile, Danny and Joey have been planning a special surprise for Stephanie's birthday. They've found a way to get New Kids on the Block to perform at the party. However, their plans are disrupted when the band cancels due to a scheduling conflict. Danny and Joey scramble to come up with a new surprise and decide to create a "mystery man" for Stephanie to meet.

As the party begins, Stephanie's friends arrive and the Tanner family gathers to celebrate. However, Stephanie is still feeling unsure about becoming a teenager. Her worries are compounded when the mystery man turns out to be an unattractive older man who only wants to dance with Stephanie.
