In season 2 episode 11 of Full House, titled "A Little Romance", the Tanner family finds themselves caught up in the excitement of Valentine's Day. Danny starts things off by organizing a charity telethon for the Tanners to participate in. Unfortunately for him, his plans are derailed when he comes down with the flu. This leaves DJ and Stephanie in charge of finding a way to raise money for the telethon on their own.
DJ and Stephanie decide to hold a kissing booth in an attempt to raise funds for the telethon. At first, they don't get much business. However, when a group of boys from their school show up, business picks up in a hurry. The boys pay $1 to kiss DJ and Stephanie, raising $200 for the telethon.
Meanwhile, Joey and his girlfriend, Roxy, are trying to figure out what to do for Valentine's Day. Roxy comes up with the idea of having a romantic dinner at her apartment. Joey is excited about the idea and even goes to the trouble of buying a tuxedo for the occasion. However, things don't go quite as planned when Joey realizes he's forgotten the key to Roxy's apartment. After sneaking into the building and finally making it to her apartment, the two end up getting into an argument over who should cook dinner. In the end, they decide to order pizza and enjoy a romantic evening in.
Jesse's storyline in "A Little Romance" centers around his budding relationship with his young girlfriend, Carrie. Despite their age difference, Jesse is smitten with Carrie and does his best to show her how much he cares. He decides to throw her a surprise Valentine's Day party at the Tanner household, complete with heart-shaped balloons and a homemade heart-shaped cake. However, things start to go awry when Carrie's parents show up, unimpressed with Jesse's intentions. They believe that he is taking advantage of their daughter and don't approve of their relationship. Jesse ends up having to work hard to win their approval and convince them that his feelings for Carrie are genuine.
In the midst of all the Valentine's Day chaos, there's still time for a few heartwarming moments. Michelle becomes enamored with a classmate of hers who gives her a valentine, and the two share a sweet moment together. Meanwhile, Danny's flu-ridden state leads to a touching moment between him and Stephanie when she takes care of him while he's sick.
Overall, "A Little Romance" is a feel-good episode that celebrates love in all its forms. Whether it's young love, old love, or familial love, the Tanners demonstrate that the most important thing is to show those you care about how much you love them.
