When a group of illegal immigrants are found dead nearby the river, Fringe Division is called to investigate the case. Walter identifies a toxin in their system that relates to a type of flower only found on a remote island in China. Knowing it would take more than two weeks to obtain the flower legally, Agent Dunham and Peter decide to visit the island undercover. Upon their arrival, they discover more than expected as they find out about a massive smuggling operation, led by a powerful organ trafficker known as Mr. Han.
