In Friends season 9 episode 16, "The One With The Boob Job," the gang is dealing with various insecurities about their bodies. Joey is concerned about his health after running into a nurse who he thinks may have given him a venereal disease, while Chandler and Monica discuss the possibility of her getting breast implants.
Monica is feeling self-conscious about her small breasts after a comment from Chandler's ex-girlfriend, and Chandler initially tries to reassure her that he loves her just the way she is. However, when he sees her looking at a brochure for breast implants, he begins to worry that she is serious about getting them and that he won't be able to handle the change.
Meanwhile, Ross is trying to teach Phoebe to ride a bike, but things take a turn for the worse when he accidentally hits her with his car. She's fine, but the accident brings up some old childhood trauma for her and she becomes afraid of riding again. Ross tries to help her overcome her fear, but his methods only make things worse.
Back at the apartment, Joey is convinced that he has a venereal disease after running into a nurse he once had sex with. He goes to a clinic to get checked out, but the results are inconclusive. He becomes increasingly paranoid and starts to imagine that he has all sorts of symptoms, including a rash on his hands and a strange smell coming from his shoes.
As the episode progresses, Monica becomes more and more serious about getting breast implants, much to Chandler's dismay. He tries to talk her out of it, but she's determined to go through with the procedure. Meanwhile, Joey's paranoia reaches a fever pitch and he starts to act out in bizarre ways, including stealing a lab coat and pretending to be a doctor.
In the end, Phoebe faces her fear of riding a bike and successfully completes a short ride around the park. Monica decides not to get breast implants after all, realizing that she's happy with her body the way it is. And Joey finally gets a conclusive diagnosis, but not before he manages to convince Rachel and Ross that they also have the same venereal disease he thought he had.
Overall, "The One With The Boob Job" is a funny and relatable episode that explores the many insecurities that people have about their bodies. The characters are all dealing with different issues, but they manage to help each other through their problems and come out stronger in the end.
