Ep 2. The One With The Sonogram At The End

In Friends season 1 episode 2, titled "The One With The Sonogram At The End," the gang is still adjusting to their newly single friend, Rachel, living with Monica. Meanwhile, Ross, Monica's brother, is feeling the excitement of becoming a father for the first time. He and his ex-wife, Carol, visit the gang with a sonogram picture of their baby. The group gathers in Monica's apartment, eagerly awaiting the announcement of the sex of the baby. However, Joey accidentally reveals the sex of the child before they can make the big reveal.

Ross is also struggling to come to terms with the end of his marriage to Carol and her new relationship with Susan, a woman she met at the gym. Ross is still holding out hope that he and Carol will reconcile, but Monica and Rachel encourage him to move on and begin dating again.

Chandler, on the other hand, is having trouble with women altogether. He has a blind date set up with a woman named Mary Angela, but when he goes to pick her up, he discovers that she is also looking after her extremely clingy and overbearing mother. Chandler, desperate for a way out of the date, fakes an emergency back at work.

Meanwhile, Phoebe meets a man named Frank, who she believes is her soulmate. However, she is dismayed to find out that he is much younger than she is and is only 18 years old. Despite the age difference, Phoebe can't help but be drawn to Frank's easy-going nature and kind spirit.

The episode ends with Ross and Susan getting into an argument over their conflicting ideas on how to raise the baby. Ross storms out of the apartment, telling Susan that he will fight for his child.

Overall, "The One With The Sonogram At The End" is an entertaining episode that has just the right amount of comedy, drama, and heartfelt moments. The episode highlights the close bond that the Friends have with each other and their willingness to support each other through all of life's ups and downs.
