In the ninth season finale of Frasier, titled "Frasier Has Spokane," the Crane family is headed to Spokane, Washington to attend a convention for owners of radio stations. Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) and Niles (David Hyde Pierce) are set to give a presentation at the conference while Martin (John Mahoney) plans to spend his time exploring the local beer scene.
However, things quickly go awry when the group arrives at the convention and realizes that the radio station owners are more interested in partying than learning from the presentations. Meanwhile, Daphne (Jane Leeves) and Roz (Peri Gilpin) decide to explore the city and wind up getting lost in a seedy part of town.
As the evening progresses, Frasier and Niles become increasingly frustrated by the lack of interest from their audience. To make matters worse, they also discover that their hotel room has been double-booked and they are forced to share a room with two wild party animals.
Back in Seattle, Frasier's ex-girlfriend, Claire (Patricia Clarkson), reappears in his life and invites him to dinner. Despite his reservations, Frasier agrees to meet her at her home. However, when he arrives, he discovers that Claire is actually the host of a radio show and has invited him to be a guest.
Throughout the episode, the characters are forced to navigate a series of challenges and unexpected events. Despite their initial frustrations and setbacks, they eventually find a way to make the most of their time in Spokane and even discover some unexpected opportunities.
With its trademark wit and humor, "Frasier Has Spokane" serves as a fitting conclusion to the show's ninth season. As always, the show's talented cast delivers strong performances and memorable moments, leaving viewers eagerly anticipating what is to come in the next season.
