It's the most stressful time of the year and Frasier's family is feeling the squeeze. For Frasier, he's feeling the pinch of preparing for his annual Christmas party, which he throws in order to impress his highbrow friends and colleagues.
Meanwhile, his brother Niles is also feeling stressed out with the holiday season. He's decided to get his father, Martin, a special gift to thank him for all that he's done for him over the years. But when he gets to the mall to purchase the gift, he's met with a never-ending line of other shoppers and a call in his pocket from his ex-wife Maris.
So both Frasier and Niles are already in the holiday spirit, but things start getting worse when their father shows up unannounced at the apartment. Martin's been kicked out by his girlfriend and he's not feeling very merry at all. As if that wasn't bad enough, Frasier's old flame colleagues show up to a very important party and things start getting heated between them and his current girlfriend.
Soon enough, everyone's arguing and proposing and getting hurt feelings and it's up to Frasier to try and save the day. Will he be able to smooth things over before the holiday is ruined for good? Or will the damage be too great, leaving the Crane family to spend Christmas alone and apart?
