In this episode, Frasier's cousin, Nikos, comes to visit Seattle. Nikos is a suave and charming man who quickly captivates Daphne and Roz. Frasier feels a little left out and realizes that he also has feelings for Nikos' girlfriend, Annabelle.
As the group goes out for a night on the town, Frasier and Annabelle find themselves alone together and end up kissing. Frasier is overwhelmed with guilt and tries to avoid Annabelle for the rest of the visit. Meanwhile, Nikos becomes more and more enamored with Daphne, causing her to question her feelings for him.
As the visit comes to an end, Frasier decides to come clean with Annabelle about his feelings, but she surprises him by revealing that she has known all along. She tells Frasier that she still loves Nikos but appreciates his honesty and wants to remain friends. Frasier realizes that he values her friendship too and the two decide to move past the kiss and focus on their friendship.
Meanwhile, Daphne comes to a decision about her feelings for Nikos and decides to pursue a relationship with him. Roz, who had previously been interested in Nikos, is disappointed but ultimately supports Daphne's decision.
Overall, this episode explores the complexities of romantic feelings and the importance of honesty and communication in any relationship.
