Bear becomes aware of his feelings toward his little sister when Franklin suddenly becomes the focus of her attention. Bear is reassured the sibling bond is still strong when little Beatrice gives him a big bear hug;Mrs. Turtle's determination and ingenuity shine through, when she leads Franklin and Bear on a camping adventure. Franklin and Bear learn that any challenge can be overcome because, "where there's a will there's a way."
