Ep 15. Dying for Fame

Nick and Schanke are also surprised to find out that there is more to Terri than just her singing career. She has been secretly helping to fundraise for a friend's cancer treatment and is also dealing with a personal loss. Meanwhile, Carly reconnects with CBS Security, hoping to get information about the killer and the identity of the person behind the death of the backing dancer. The situation quickly escalates when Terri is kidnapped, and Nick must use his vampire abilities to rescue her. The case is finally solved when it is revealed that Terri's producer had plotted to kill her to take her place as a famous singer. "Dying for Fame" showcases Nick's detective skills and his ability to protect those he cares about, as well as his vampire powers. The episode also explores the dark side of the entertainment industry and how it can lead to dangerous consequences for the artists involved.
