Ep 9. Natural Disaster

In season 4 episode 9 of Flip or Flop entitled "Natural Disaster," Tarek and Christina are challenged with a home in Yorba Linda that has been seriously affected by a natural disaster. The house was hit by a severe rainstorm, causing significant damage to the roof, and leaving the property with extensive mold. As a result, the property is deemed hazardous, and it will take a considerable amount of work to restore it back to its pre-damaged condition.

Tarek and Christina are initially drawn to the home by its prime location and spacious layout, so they see the potential in the property despite its current state. As usual, they managed to create a beautiful home that was both practical and stylish, using high-end finishes and unique design features. It was another excellent episode of Flip or Flop and a testament to Tarek and Christina's remarkable skills as renovators.
