Ep 10. Conspiracy Theory

The stranger's true intentions are revealed, and Flash realizes that he's been duped into helping a power-hungry megalomaniac who's even more dangerous than Ming. Now Flash and his team must race against time to undo the damage they've done and stop the stranger from using the Quantum Disruptor to destroy the universe.
