The six remaining chefs are split into two teams to create a bespoke and opulent menu for a VIP client staying in the Langham's most expensive luxury suite, which costs ?25,000 a night. The winning team are given the day off, while the losers face a challenge in which they each have to produce a luxury five-star breakfast tray in keeping with their restaurant concept.
