They are thrilled to be able to see the rare bird species, and even allow Norman to take a peek through their binoculars to see the bird up close. Norman is delighted, and promises to be more careful in the future.

As the episode comes to a close, Fireman Sam and the team reflect on the day's events. They are grateful to have been able to help the birdwatchers and save Penny, and they vow to always be there when their community needs them.
