Ep 17. Double Trouble

Fireman Sam season 6 episode 17, "Double Trouble," follows the brave firefighters of Pontypandy as they face two emergencies happening at the same time. The episode begins with Norman Price and Mandy Flood stuck on a rock in the middle of the river after their boat drifted away. While the fire crew works to rescue them, they receive a call about a fire at a nearby farm.

Sam assigns firefighter Penny Morris to lead the rescue mission for Norman and Mandy. Penny manages to get them onto her boat and bring them back to safety, but they accidentally bring back a swarm of bees with them. Meanwhile, Elvis Cridlington takes charge of fighting the farm fire. He quickly realizes that he doesn't have enough water to put out the blaze and calls for backup. Sam and Penny arrive just in time to help Elvis, but the situation becomes even more dangerous when a gas canister explodes, creating a huge fireball.

The three firefighters work together to come up with a plan to put out the fire and save the animals on the farm. They use a combination of water and foam to extinguish the flames and then use their specialist equipment to remove the remaining gas canisters safely.

Throughout the episode, the firefighters show bravery, quick thinking, and great teamwork as they face some of the most challenging emergencies in Pontypandy.
