Baa Baa Baby is the eighth episode of the third season of the popular children's show, Fireman Sam. In this episode, Norman Price, a mischievous young boy, is tasked with taking care of his neighbor's baby sheep. However, things quickly get out of hand when Norman loses the sheep and it finds its way onto the roof of a nearby building.
The episode begins with Fireman Sam, the hero of the show, and his team at the fire station. They are getting ready to embark on a training exercise when they receive a call from Mrs. Chen, a local farmer. Mrs. Chen explains that she needs someone to look after her baby sheep, as she has to attend a family emergency. Sam agrees to help and assigns the task to Norman, who is thrilled at the opportunity to prove himself.
Norman sets out to Mrs. Chen's farm, where he meets her and her husband. They show him how to feed and care for the sheep, and warn him to keep a close eye on them. Norman is left alone with the sheep and, as soon as he's left alone, he begins to play around with them and soon loses track of time.
Suddenly, he realizes that one of the sheep is missing. Panic sets in, and Norman frantically searches for the missing animal. He eventually finds it on the roof of a building, having escaped through an open window. Norman tries to coax the sheep back down, but it refuses to move.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Chen has returned home and realized that one of her sheep is missing. She calls the fire station, and Fireman Sam and his team set out to rescue the animal. They arrive on the scene and assess the situation, realizing that it's going to be a difficult rescue. The building is tall, and there's no easy way to access the roof.
Sam comes up with a plan and begins to instruct his team on what needs to be done. They quickly set up a ladder and begin to climb up to the roof. Once they get there, they find the sheep hiding in a corner, scared and alone. Fireman Sam carefully approaches the animal and soothes it with gentle words and movements. The sheep eventually calms down and allows Sam to pick it up and bring it down to safety.
The episode ends with Mrs. Chen and her husband, grateful for the safe return of their sheep. They thank Fireman Sam and his team for their help and commend Norman for his bravery and quick thinking. Norman, feeling proud of himself, promises to be more careful and responsible in the future.
