Peter's family has a so much happy time at the Mountain. When Peter and Lucy feed something on the squirrels, their father found the black smoke over the mountain. After the class, Peter and Johnny walk around to get some candy with Halloween costumes. Johnny found that Roy is giving candy to children. So Johnny runs to him and falls down with Halloween decorations.
