Fight Like a Girl is a reality TV show on Quibi that premiered on April 13th, 2020. The show features seven female WWE Superstars who compete in various physical challenges and have to demonstrate their toughness, endurance, and agility. The purpose of the show is to showcase how these women go through challenges both in and out of the ring.

The first episode introduces us to Stephanie McMahon, the Chief Brand Officer of WWE, who hosts the show. Stephanie gives some background on the wrestlers, their personalities, and their struggles. The seven female wrestlers are introduced one by one in their respective vignettes, and each of them shares their personal backstories and their experiences in life and in wrestling.

The WWE Superstars participating in the show include former WWE Divas Champion and WWE Raw Women's Champion Nikki Bella, her twin sister and also former WWE Divas Champion Brie Bella, who have both retired from in-ring competition, but still make occasional appearances; former WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch, who had to relinquish her title due to her pregnancy; former WWE Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair, daughter of WWE legend Ric Flair; former UFC fighter and WWE Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey; WWE Superstar Sonya Deville and former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion, Sasha Banks.

Throughout the show, the women participate in various physical challenges that test their resilience, mental fortitude, and their abilities to push themselves beyond their limits. These challenges include activities such as climbing a rope up a steep cliff, carrying heavy weights, running a marathon, jumping over hurdles, and even swimming in freezing water. The challenges are tough, and while they don't necessarily involve fighting in the ring, they do let the women show off their athletic abilities that they use when they fight in the ring.

As Stephanie McMahon leads the women through each challenge, they also share personal stories of how they've been given negative feedback or derogatory comments throughout their lives, and how they've responded to those circumstances. Each of the women shares how they've learned to stand up for themselves, ignore negative comments, and push forward with their goals.

Though the focus of the show is the physical challenges and the display of toughness, the heart of the show lies in the emotional struggles, insecurities, and personal stories shared by each of the women. The purpose of the show is to empower women and show that, despite the restraints and obstacles they may face, women can be just as strong and capable as men.

Each episode is around 10 minutes long, and the first eight episodes of the series take place in remote locations throughout the United States. In the final episode, the women compete in a final challenge, and the winner is crowned the "ultimate champion."

Overall, Fight Like a Girl is an inspirational show that exemplifies the women's empowerment movement. The WWE Superstars participating in the show demonstrate their physical prowess, emotional perseverance, and personal strength. They use their platform to show that women are strong, capable, and determined, and encourage others to fight for their dreams and stand up for themselves.
