The young men are known for their annual tradition of reenacting the Greek myth of Theseus and the Minotaur. The reenactment involves creating mazes with each other inside a labyrinth. When one of the young men is found to have Hector's wedding ring, Father Brown realizes that this group of young men holds the key to solving the mystery.
Throughout the episode, Father Brown uses his incredible detective skills to uncover the truth behind Hector Bridges' murder. Along the way, he confronts the suspects and works to piece together the clues leading to the killer. The episode culminates in a dramatic scene where Father Brown confronts the murderer in a thrilling climax.
