John Crichton and his crew aboard Moya come across a small ship drifting in space. Upon investigation, they find that the ship belongs to a man named Durka, who had previously tortured and imprisoned the pilot of Moya, Rygel. However, the man they find on board the ship is not Durka, but his granddaughter, Salis.
Salis explains that she has been sent back in time by a group called the Timekeepers to change history and prevent her family from committing their atrocities. She enlists the help of the crew in this mission, but they quickly discover that changing the past can have dire consequences for the future.
As they navigate the timeline, the crew finds themselves facing impossible choices and devastating consequences. They must navigate the delicate balance between righting the wrongs of the past and preserving the future they know. Along the way, they also discover shocking truths about themselves and their relationships with each other.
The episode is a thrilling exploration of the nature of time and the consequences of attempting to change it. With complex characters and heart-stopping action, Relativity is a standout episode in the Farscape series.
