Farscape: S4 E12 - Kansas follows the crew of Moya as they embark on a mission to procure a much needed component for Pilot. However, things take an unexpected turn when they suddenly find themselves on Earth, in the year 1985, in the middle of a corn field in Kansas.

Confused and disorientated, the crew quickly realizes that they are not alone on Earth. A group of alien bounty hunters, led by the ruthless Grayza, has also arrived on the planet to capture Crichton and take him back to their own galaxy. As the crew tries to lay low and avoid detection, they soon discover that Crichton's presence on Earth could have disastrous consequences for Earth's future.

As they grapple with the implications of their presence on Earth and the threat posed by Grayza and her hunters, the crew must also confront their own personal demons and struggles. Aeryn struggles with feelings of guilt over her past actions, while Sikozu's loyalties are called into question. Meanwhile, Crichton must come to terms with the fact that his presence on Earth may never be able to be erased, and the impact it could have on the people he left behind.
