John, D'Argo, and Rygel land on a planet and are quickly taken captive by the Nebari, a race known for their mental powers and strict adherence to a code of ethics. They are brainwashed and reprogrammed to follow Nebari ideology, including an aversion to violence and a desire to share all personal information. Meanwhile, Aeryn and Chiana are forced to work together when they are stranded on a transport pod and pursued by bounty hunters. As they evade capture, they discover a shocking secret that could change everything. But when the brainwashed crew members return to Moya and try to bring their Nebari philosophy with them, it causes rifts and conflicts among the group. Can they be saved from permanent Nebari conditioning before it's too late?
