Farscape: S1 E1 - Premiere

The series premiere of Farscape introduces us to John Crichton, an astronaut working on a top-secret experiment involving a wormhole. When his spacecraft is suddenly sucked into the wormhole, he finds himself transported across the galaxy to a new and dangerous world.

At first, Crichton is bewildered and alone, with no idea where he is or how he got there. Crichton has no loyalty to them and doesn't understand the politics of this new world, which makes him valuable in more ways than one.

As Crichton explores his new surroundings, he meets more of the strange creatures that inhabit this galaxy, including the peacekeepers themselves, who are determined to capture Moya and her crew. He also discovers a new technology called the "translator microbes" that allows him to understand and communicate with the aliens around him.

But as Crichton starts to settle in and form bonds with Moya's crew, he realizes that he may never be able to go home. His only hope is to find a way to navigate the treacherous landscape of this new world and find a way back to Earth.
