Ep 10. Los Angeles Pt. 2, California

In Family Travel with Colleen Kelly season 1 episode 10, the adventure continues in Los Angeles, California. Colleen and her family discover even more exciting activities to do in the city, starting with a visit to Universal Studios Hollywood. The family spends the day exploring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, watching shows, and going on thrilling rides.

Next, they head to the Getty Center to view the incredible architecture, art, and gardens. They take a guided tour and get a glimpse of some of the most famous paintings and sculptures in the world. Colleen also takes her family to the Griffith Observatory, where they learn about space, planets, and stars. They use telescopes to see the view of the city of Los Angeles.

The family also explores the beach. They have a fun day playing in the sand and surf at Venice Beach. They check out the street performers and enjoy local food. Later, Colleen takes her family to an obstacle course. The family has a great time challenging themselves and cheering each other on.

One of the most interesting parts of their trip was a visit to a TV show set. Colleen's crew get exclusive access to the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank. The Kelly family gets a behind-the-scenes look at the sets of their favorite shows and movies, including the Gilmore Girls’ Luke’s Diner, Central Perk from Friends and the Batmobile.

After all that excitement, the family takes in the historic attractions. They visit the Chinese Theater, where they see the iconic handprints and footprints of Hollywood legends. From there, they go to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and search for favorite celebrities’ stars. Colleen also takes her family to see the homes of celebrities in Beverly Hills. They walk around the amazing mansions and enjoy the opulent atmosphere.

Finally, the family takes a trip up into the mountains outside of Los Angeles to go horseback riding. The air is fresh, and the scenery is breathtaking. The kids (and their parents) enjoy the peacefulness of the trail. They even get a chance to climb a small mountain.
