Ep 12. Go Tigers

The show Family Ties follows the life of Steven and Elyse Keaton, former hippies turned parents, and their four children, Alex, Mallory, Jennifer, and Andrew. In season 2 episode 12, titled "Go Tigers," the focus is on the youngest member of the Keaton family, Andrew.

Meanwhile, back at home, Mrs. Carruthers realizes that Andrew is missing and panics. She calls the Keatons and informs them of the situation. They rush back home and start looking for Andrew. Mallory has an idea of where he might be and decides to go to the game to look for him.

As the game approaches its final moments, the Tigers are down by two points and Andrew starts to worry. He decides to take matters into his own hands and runs onto the court to shoot a basket. The crowd goes wild as he scores the game-winning basket, and the Tigers win the championship.

Amidst all the chaos, Mallory spots Andrew and is relieved to find him. She takes him back home where the Keatons scold him for sneaking out. However, they are also proud of him for standing up for himself and being there for his team.

In the end, the family sits down together to watch a video recording of the game, giving them all a chance to relive the excitement and congratulate Andrew on his bravery and supporting their school's basketball team. "Go Tigers" showcased the importance of family and teamwork, and the importance of standing up for what you believe in.
