Ep 10. To Snatch a Keith

Mallory is unaware of the plan, and when she finds out she is horrified and realizes Nick's true nature. Steven enters the picture and chastises Nick for his actions, admitting his previous insecurity about Nick's influence on Mallory.

In the end, all's well that ends well, as the Keaton family and Nick are able to reconcile and move forward from their differences.
