Ep 4. Halloween on Spooner Street

It's Halloween on Spooner Street and the Griffin family is getting into the spirit of the holiday. Peter and his friends decide to pull a prank on the kids in the neighborhood by dressing up as ghosts and scaring them. However, their prank leads to unexpected consequences when they accidentally scare Peter's father, Francis, to death.

Meanwhile, Stewie is upset when Brian tells him he's too old to go trick-or-treating, so he devises a plan to make himself look younger with a potion that makes him shrink. However, his plan backfires when he drinks too much of the potion and shrinks down to a miniature size.
