As the days turn into weeks, Peter's condition deteriorates and he begins to go a bit crazy. He starts talking to the volleyball as if it were a real person, and even creates a fictional persona for it named Wilson. However, when a plane carrying a group of supermodels crashes on the island, Peter suddenly finds himself with a shot at romance.
Eventually, Brian manages to rescue Peter and bring him back to Quahog. However, when Peter finds out that Lois had a brief fling with Cleveland while he was away, he becomes jealous and things start to spiral out of control.
