In the third episode of the eighteenth season of Family Guy, titled "Absolutely Babulous," the Griffin family finds themselves entangled in a series of zany misadventures that test the limits of their patience and sanity.
The episode begins with Peter and Lois attending a fancy gala event, where they leave their mischievous toddler, Stewie, in the care of their elderly neighbor, Herbert. Chaos ensues as Stewie wreaks havoc on Herbert's home, but the biggest surprise comes when Herbert reveals a shocking secret about his own past.
Meanwhile, Brian the dog becomes embroiled in a heated battle with Quagmire, his womanizing best friend, over the merits of monogamy versus promiscuity. As Brian tries to convince Quagmire to settle down and start a meaningful relationship, he finds himself facing off against a formidable adversary: a seductive vixen named Patty.
Elsewhere, Chris, the Griffin family's bumbling son, enlists the help of his father Peter and their old friend, Cleveland, to launch a new fashion line for plus-sized men. As they struggle to come up with creative designs and appeal to a niche market, they find themselves facing unexpected competition from a rival fashion designer.
