In season 12 episode 21 of Family Guy, entitled "Chap Stewie," Stewie discovers that his favorite childhood show has been cancelled. In an attempt to revive it, he decides to create a new version called "Jolly Farm Revue." However, when the network executives think his show is too old-fashioned and boring, Stewie becomes desperate and turns to Brian for help.
Brian suggests that they inject some edginess into the show by creating a character called "Chap Stewie," a tough-talking, no-nonsense cowboy. The character becomes an instant hit, but Stewie soon realizes that he may have created a monster. Chap Stewie becomes so popular that Stewie is forced to play the character 24/7, even outside of the show. Stewie quickly becomes tired of playing the same role and tries to get out of it, but soon realizes that Chap Stewie has a life of his own.
Unable to escape his alter ego, Stewie continues to play Chap Stewie, despite the toll it takes on him. Eventually, Stewie discovers that Chap Stewie is planning to kill him and take over his life. He tries to warn the others, but they all think he is crazy. In a thrilling showdown, Stewie confronts Chap Stewie and discovers that he was simply a figment of his imagination.
In the end, Stewie learns a valuable lesson about the dangers of obsession and the importance of being true to oneself. The episode is filled with humor and heart, as well as some unexpected twists and turns along the way.
