The episode begins with Stewie causing some trouble with a demolition derby miniature car. After getting scolded by Lois, Stewie decides to take Brian's car for a spin while he is away on a vacation.
As Stewie drives around the town, he meets a girl who is hitchhiking and offers her a ride. They both hit it off and decide to drive to her grandparents' house. However, things take a different turn when they accidentally run over and kill a man who was standing on the side of the road. Stewie and the girl panic and hide the body in the trunk of the car.
While driving to the girl's grandparents' house, Stewie and the girl are pulled over by a cop. The cop becomes suspicious of the blood stains in the car and demands to take a look in the trunk. Stewie and the girl make a run for it and eventually end up in a rollercoaster ride where they end up losing the cop.
