Family Feud 88 is a popular game show from FremantleMedia North America, hosted by Ray Combs. The show first aired in 1976 and is still one of the most watched game shows on television today. The show has been revamped over the years but the basic concept remains the same. Two families battle it out to see who can come up with the most popular answers to survey questions. The show is full of fun, energy, and lots of laughs.

Each episode of Family Feud 88 begins with the host Ray Combs introducing the two families who are competing against each other to win cash prizes. The families are made up of five members each who are all related in some way. The families then take turns answering questions. A survey has been conducted prior to the show and the questions are based on the most popular answers given by people who responded to the survey.

The first round is called the "face-off" round. The host asks a question and the first player from each family to buzz in gets to answer. If their answer is the most popular answer on the survey, their family wins possession of the question and can continue to play. If their answer is not the most popular, the other family gets a chance to answer and can steal the round if they give the most popular answer. The first family to reach 300 points wins the game and moves on to the bonus round.

The bonus round is where the real prizes are won. The winning family gets a chance to earn big money by answering five questions in 20 seconds or less. The host reads the questions and the first family member to buzz in gives an answer. If they get all five questions right, they win the top prize. If they only get a few of the questions right, they still win cash but not as much as the top prize.

One of the reasons why Family Feud 88 is so popular is because of its host Ray Combs. He has a great sense of humor and is very engaging with the families and the audience. He knows how to keep the energy level high and the show moving. He also has great chemistry with the families and is always encouraging them to do their best.

Another reason why the show is so popular is because of the questions. The questions are always fun and interesting and can cover a wide range of topics. Some of the questions can be quite tricky and require the families to think fast on their feet. The survey answers can also be surprising at times and can lead to some funny moments on the show.

One of the things that sets Family Feud 88 apart from other game shows is the prize money. The top prize for the bonus round is usually quite high and can be life-changing for the winning family. This adds an extra layer of excitement to the show and makes it even more fun to watch.

In conclusion, Family Feud 88 is a fun and engaging game show that has been entertaining audiences for over 40 years. With its great host, fun questions, and big prizes, it's no wonder why it's still one of the most popular game shows on television today. If you're looking for a show that will keep you entertained and make you laugh, then Family Feud 88 is definitely worth checking out.
